CANCELLATION POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule course dates due to weather, lack of registration, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations by Customer may be subject to our refund policy (See Below).

In the event of inclement weather, course registants are reminded to call Riley’s Right Away Driver Training at  (902) 706-6202.

REFUND POLICY

Non-attendance or cancellations received five (5) business days or less will result in a charge or 100% of the course cost.

All payment plan deposits are nonrefundable.

Transfer and substitutions will be considered if five (5) business days notice is given.

No penalty if ten (10) days notice of cancellation is given.

Please note that we may cancel, postpone or reschedule a course at our discretion (see our cancellation policy). If available substitue dates are not suitable to you, you shall receive a full refund.
